Patuxent River Commission -
an inter-jurisdictional group created
by State legislation in 1980 charged with addressing programmatic and land
management issues and reducing nutrient and sediment pollution in the river. Membership includes
businesses, developers, state and local governments, federal facilities, and environmental, academic,
agricultural, and watermen interests.
